Booking Online How will I know what time to book? Appointment times are available Monday through Sunday, from 8:00am to 7:00pm and we'll be in touch in less than 1 hour (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works. Any dates or times that are greyed out are not available for booking. Is it easy to book online? It really takes no more than 60 seconds. Cleaning Supplies Do you bring cleaning supplies? We bring all of our own supplies. If there are supplies that you would prefer us to use (for wood floors as an example), feel free to let us know and we can use any supplies you leave out for us. Do you do green cleaning or have eco-friendly products? We have teams that do 100% green cleaning. Simply request it and we’ll assign a green-cleaning team at no additional charge. Recurring Service How do I sign up for recurring service? Simply select your desired frequency of cleaning on our booking form, and we'll set everything up from there. We offer discounts of 20% off for weekly, 15% off for every 2 weeks, and 10% off for every month. Is a long-term contract required for service? Absolutely not. Our services are provided as needed to suit your busy lifestyle. There are no long-term contracts or obligations required. Simply cancel or reschedule 24-hours or more before the cleaning to avoid any fees. Do I have to contact you every time for a cleaning? After you set up your recurring service, we’ll be there like clockwork on the date and time selected. We'll send a reminder email 3 days in advance on your cleaning so you will expect us. Payment What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept credit/debit cards. Our online payments are handled by Stripe and are processed through a fully secure 256 bit SSL protocol. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security. We guarantee booking through Cleaning Exec is safe and secure. Any unauthorized charges that are made to your card as a result of doing business with us will be fully refunded. Do you accept cash? Unfortunately, we do not accept cash. You may leave a cash tip but we only accept credit cards/debit cards as a form of payment. Is tip included? Tip is not included in the service price. If you want to leave a tip, we can either add it to your credit card charge (the cleaners receive 100% of the tip) or you can tip them in cash. All tips are greatly appreciated. Please note that tip is non-refundable after the time of service. Operations When are you open? We're open every day, 7 days a week, from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm. Are you insured? Yes. Cleaning Exec is fully bonded and insured to protect your home and give you a peace of mind. All of our cleaners are employees, not contractors, that have been properly vetted and trained. COVID-19 Safety How is Cleaning Exec handling COVID-19? At Cleaning Exec, our top priority is the safety of our cleaners and customers. We recommend that you also review the CDC's guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19. These include:Washing hands frequently and vigorously for 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs;Avoiding touching of the eyes, nose, and mouth;Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe; andSocial distancing.We also ask that all customers proactively follow the CDC’s guidelines to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus during your bookings. Other recommendations for customers include:Stay in a room separate from the one your cleaner is cleaning. This will (1) allow the cleaner to clean thoroughly and without interruption and (2) maintain the 6-foot person-to-person distance currently recommended by the CDC.Cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the wellbeing of those living in your home or your cleaner.
